Senior Scheduler / Work Week Manager, United States Enrichment Corporation;  Jan 2000 – Present

Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and control of the schedule for electrical, mechanical, instrument and support disciplines for the Cascade and Vaporizer areas of the Enrichment plant for on-line, outage and project schedules. Provide management with reports, various level schedules, schedule compliance, change management, communication on critical path impact and resolution. Work with Procurement and Engineering to insure products meet schedule requirements. Provide peers with training and assistance. Currently hold a DOE “L” Security Clearance.

Fill in for Work Week Manager / Scheduling Manager insuring site-wide focus on priorities and the impact of emergent work is minimized. Hold Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and all support organizations accountable for scheduling commitments. Chair the Daily Communication and Team Work meeting.

Responsible for scheduling for the Instrument and Calibration discipline including all corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, post maintenance activities, and surveillance tests during On Line, Down-Power, and Forced Outages. Provide fill in support as necessary as the At Power Scheduling Supervisor and other discipline schedulers. Provided refueling outage scheduling support as the One Stop Shop Scheduler and developed trending and performance reports for Outage Scheduling and Steam Generator Replacement Groups. Responsible for developing trending and performance reports, stream lining Work Control and scheduling processes. In addition, supported Engineering, Maintenance, and other site departments in development of ad-hoc reports.

Responsible for approving, planning and scheduling of preventative maintenance activities during start-up, fuel load, refueling and commercial operation.
